All seats were taken at the Camden Coffee Shop, 1500 44th Ave. N., March 24, for a story telling program on the theme of deaf culture. All stories were told in American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken. Four story tellers shared their stories. ASL was interpreted by Mary Catherine. The event is part of a series of multicultural story-telling sessions sponsored by the Northstar Storytelling League.Top, Taras Dykstra, a deaf playwright, storyteller and photographer, tells some jokes and stories.
